Andew Dixon & Company reports the sale of Ashacres Industrial Estate at Draycott in the Clay, near Ashbourne, to a local private investor looking to expand their property portfolio. Ashacres Industrial Estate is a self-contained site, which was formerly occupied by Rea Valley Tractors, who have recently acquired the trade and assets of Russells Cubley branch - a neighbouring New Hollands dealership on the Stafford/Derbyshire border.

Ashacres Industrial Estate was sold with vacant possession, offering the opportunity to acquire a modern and versatile industrial complex on a site of circa 2.298 acres (0.93 hectares). The estate incorporates three detached commercial buildings extending in total to approximately 15,273 square feet (1,419 square metres), with an additional 3,238 square foot mezzanine. The site is completed with a large concrete open storage/service yard to the front, together with stoned open storage and display car parking areas to the side and rear.
