The property with ground and first floor offices was offered with vacant possession at £1 million for the freehold.
Nicholas Dixon, who handled the transaction, commented ‘Our client originally offered the premises to let through his pension fund, but significant interest was generated for the freehold and a deal was struck at an excellent price. There is increasing demand for office accommodation across all size ranges in Telford, and with correct pricing deals are being completed’.
