Andrew Dixon & Company reports the letting of approaching 8,000 square feet of refurbished, air conditioned office accommodation at Grosvenor House on Central Park to Lanyon Bowdler - one of Shropshire's leading firms of solicitors - on a long term lease. In addition, Learning & Skills Council - a Shropshire-wide education provider - has moved its head office into 6,500 square feet within the building.
Nicholas Dixon, who handled the lettings, commented "We are delighted to welcome two significant businesses to Grosvenor House. Quite a lot of re-organisation took place within the building to create the relevant demises incorporating multiple suites, and the relocation of existing tenants within the building.
